Frank Groff, one of the original partners of Bay
Realty Ltd and it's agent since 1988. Frank grew up in the
lower mainland. Attended college in Los Altos, California.
Graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Zoology - University
of Hawaii. A graduate of Urban Land Economics -University
of British Columbia. Frank and his wife Teri (and assortment
of pets) live in White Rock, enjoy traveling, sports and
spending time with their many friends.
Jack Sutherland, a partner of Bay Realty Ltd, has with his
family, lived on the Semiahmoo Peninsula since 1980. Born
in Vancouver, Jack worked in sales, both nationally and
internationally for 20 years before joining the Bay team.
Jack, also an agent, takes care of business and often finds
himself in the role of mentor to enthusiastic less experienced
Realtors. Jack and his wife Roberta enjoy traveling and
playing on their boat. Jack has been known to spend time
with his 'other' woman Sophia - his Belgium Shepard.
